POSITION: Service Desk Manager
LOCATION: Fort Bragg, NC
SCOPE: Serves as Service Desk Manager on a major IT services contract for the U.S. Army
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service Desk Manager will be responsible for managing all Service Desk-related processes for the contract and ensure deliverable, and customer needs are met.
- This position will have Full authority to act for the daily operation of the service desk
- Oversee staff performance and customer support quality.
- Responsible for meeting defined performance requirements related to the Service desk.
- This contract supports the Army Client for between 0800 to 1700, Monday through Friday and this position will ensure delivery of services is available during this time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems management, or related technical field.
- At least four (4) years of specialized experience overseeing operations of large-scale DoD information systems
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active DoD Secret Clearance
