POSITION:   IT Program Manager

SCOPE: Serves as the onsite Technical Program Manager providing contract leadership and oversees multiple IT program sites and technical projects, ensuring they align with overall organizational goals, meets contract deliverables and quality levels, while tailoring support to individual organizational needs.  Ensures all operations are completed within Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL), on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program and Project Coordination: Oversee and manage multiple IT program sites and technical projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, to align project goals with the company’s overall strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • (18) years combined. relevant experience in IT disciplines (e.g. Network Engineering, Network Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer or Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Forensics/Security, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven work experience as an IT Program Manager or in a similar role, with a solid technical background in Cybersecurity management disciplines (e.g., Risk Management Framework (RMF), Assess and Authorization (A&A), eMass, etc.)
  • (10) years of experience leading (50) or more employees
  • Security+ (or equivalent DOD 8570.1 IAT II certification)
  • (1) Computing Environment certification in relevant field
  • Certification in the project management field (e.g., CompTIA Project+ or PMI certification, etc.)

Cybersecurity (HW/SW) Assessor

POSITION:     Cybersecurity Technical Auditor

LOCATION:    Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

SCOPE:  Serve as a Cybersecurity (Hardware/Software) Assessor on a major IT support contract for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Secure Code Review
  • Utilize HP Fortify to examine code scan results submitted by developers.
  • Identify and verify noted false positives
  • Provide comments on scan results and vulnerabilities present, recommend POA&M mitigations.

  • Install software on isolated VM and assess software against 800-53 controls and AS&D STIG

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical/Project Management Duties:

  • Deploying IT hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors and printers.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President of DoD IT Business Development & Capture is responsible for expanding Caelum’s federal IT portfolio by identifying, shaping, and capturing new DoD opportunities. This role leads capture strategy and proposal efforts for IT-focused programs, working closely with executive leadership, technical SMEs, and external partners to drive revenue growth.

This position requires demonstrated success in DoD business development and capture. While technical IT knowledge is important, the primary focus is on winning new business, not IT operations or delivery management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review the design and implementation of network architecture components and map them to the long-term vision

The Network Specialist II role focuses on providing design input, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with other IT team members, ensuring stability, security, and high-performance of our network environment.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and assistance in all aspects of fiber optic cable projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintaining and installing network hardware, including routers, access switches, distribution switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, wireless access points, and other data center equipment.
  • Assisting with conducting feasibility studies, project investigations, analyzing, and performing corrective measures to prevent or minimize network interruptions, equipment failures, and other infrastructural problems.
  • Helping with the implementation of better technical approaches for user experience during equipment migrations or replacement.
  • Maintaining, documenting accurate records of weekly assignments, including splice diagrams, test results, and any issues encountered during the project.

  • Provide user support for cloud solutions
  • Secure cloud architectures in compliance with DoD RMF and Army guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in directly related field; Relevant work experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree
  • Must possess DOD 8570.01-M certifications meeting the requirements for IAT Level II
  • Must have knowledge of deploying web services, databases, and application servers/services in one or more cloud architectures (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS).
  • Relevant experience must be in information security and/or a closely related function, such as IT audit, IT compliance, enterprise risk management, etc.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

  • Ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance is required

SALARY: $130K -$140K
