  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll
  • Enter/Post Accounts Payable vouchers
  • Prepare Accounts Payable vouchers for payment via check or ACH

Education/Experience Required:

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense preferred.

Reporting/Interface Relationships:

Compensation and Other Financial Considerations at Hire:

  • The title is commensurate with candidate’s qualification and experience.

Cybersecurity Management Specialist

SCOPE:  Serve as a Cybersecurity Management Specialist on a major IT support contract for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC).

Software Engineer

Asset Management Analyst

Position Title: Asset Management Analyst

Position Description:

• The Analyst will assist the Headquarters, Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC) to always ensure 100% property accountability for all HQ AMC IT equipment, materiel, supplies, and software by conducting inventories, maintaining accountability utilizing Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) as the systems of record, and performing subsequent cyclic inventories as required by regulation.
• The Analyst will track the location of HQ AMC Information Technology (IT) equipment, maintain automated lists of IT equipment, track warranty and maintenance agreements to ensure proper repair of equipment, and verify and receive IT equipment.
• The Analyst will perform asset management in accordance with (IAW) applicable Army regulations and HQ AMC and HQ AMC G-6 (CIO) policies and guidance by adhering to AR 710-1, Centralized Inventory Management of the Army Supply System; AR 710-2, Supply Policy Below the National Level; AR 710-3, Inventory Management Asset And Transaction Reporting System; AR 710-4, Property Accountability; AR 735-5, GCSS-Army End User Manual Plus (EUM+); Property Accountability Policies; and DA PAM 735-5, Property Accountability: Financial Liability Officer’s Guide.
• The Analyst will provide on-site asset management for the HQ AMC G-6 (CIO) for the IT-related equipment inventory of nonexpendable and durable Government equipment, supplies, material.
• The Analyst will electronically prepare required documentation; print out and obtain Hand Receipt Holder (HRH) signature for actions described above, input the information into the appropriate database; and maintain records of sub-hand receipts, as required, for the duration of the length of time the HRH has ownership of the property.
• The Analyst will facilitate HQ AMC’s needs for ongoing technical support and upgrade protection on selected products by ensuring that maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.
• The Analyst will perform market research and analysis to identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services and support HQ AMC and subordinate command’ acquisition processes to obtain identified savings. The Analyst will review existing contracts and proposed requirements documents to maximize value creation and minimize costs for software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings. The Analyst will communicate through email, individual interviews, group meetings, and presentations to end users, management, developers, and vendors to collect this information.
• The Analyst will collect and maintain software information in a database format to assist the HQ AMC customer with budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contracts, and costs. The Analyst will assist in the development of reporting processes to address HQ AMC IT management requirements for software management decision support. The Analyst will respond to requests from HQ AMC end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.
• The Analyst will support the HQ AMC customer in developing and implementing techniques, best practices, and procedures for licensing administration in a manner that best protects HQ AMC.
• The Analyst must have strong familiarity and technical competence with license management software and knowledge of license terms and conditions for use for products such as and not limited to Microsoft Server/Database Products, Oracle products, and VMWARE products.
• The analyst must have superior organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills; possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; interact at all levels in the chain of command; work independently with minimal supervision; work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment; and work well under pressure and around tight deadlines.

Position Description:

The Computer Technician II supports the OTC mission at Ft. Cavazos, TX by:

  • Experience/technical knowledge of installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining software, hardware, configurations, and peripherals, isolating equipment/system/software malfunctions and restoring failed equipment to good working order, conducting operational checks and replacing defective parts and assemblies
  • Knowledge of networking concepts such as cable making/repair, IP address schema, and LAN implementation and configuration
  • Technical knowledge of installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining software, hardware, configurations, and peripherals

The Business Analyst performs detailed job analysis of business processes and provides an interface between traditional logistical support organizations and functional requirement definitions. A Business Analyst must demonstrate the following:
