Position: Senior SharePoint Architect

Location: Rockville, MD

Scope: Serves as a senior and lead for SharePoint Development on a major IT services contract for the U.S. Navy.

Responsibilities: The Senior SharePoint Architect leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced SharePoint solutions, providing expertise in both on-premises and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environments. In this role, the architect designs and deploys scalable, secure, and high-performing SharePoint architectures tailored to organizational needs. Leveraging tools such as Power Automate and SharePoint Lists, the Senior SharePoint Architect automates workflows to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

This position involves configuring Outlook Group Distribution Lists and Microsoft Teams, including private channels, to improve collaboration while maintaining stringent security standards. The architect also implements robust Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Rights Management (IRM) configurations within Microsoft 365 SharePoint and on-premises environments, ensuring sensitive information is protected and regulatory compliance is achieved.

In addition, the Senior SharePoint Architect creates and manages eDiscovery Centers in Office365 SharePoint Online, enabling advanced search, legal hold, and compliance functionalities. They also develop customized SharePoint solutions, including intranet portals, dashboards, and document management systems, to meet specific business requirements.

Collaboration is a cornerstone of this role, as the architect works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into comprehensive SharePoint architecture plans. They monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SharePoint environments to ensure high availability and reliability, addressing performance issues and identifying opportunities for improvement. By providing guidance and mentorship to IT staff, the Senior SharePoint Architect ensures best practices are followed for SharePoint development, deployment, and administration.

With a strong focus on staying updated on emerging technologies and Microsoft 365 enhancements, the Senior SharePoint Architect continuously recommends and implements new features to improve functionality, security, and user experience in the SharePoint ecosystem.

Qualifications: Master’s level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science with 10 years of professional experience in computer design, software development, and computer networks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies and manages contract performance and cost risks.

Position Description:

The Computer Technician I supports the OTC mission at Ft. Cavazos, TX, by:

  • Possessing required technical knowledge of installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining software, hardware, configurations, and peripherals; isolating equipment/system/software malfunctions and restoring failed equipment to good working order; conducting operational checks and replacing defective parts and assemblies
  • Applying technical knowledge and training to solve routine and complex problems in the maintenance of digital computers, configuration and peripheral components
  • Performing Tier I and Tier 2 deskside incident resolution of workstations, printers and peripheral devices

Position Description:

The Help Desk Technician I requires considerable knowledge of computer operations, networking, and software applications that are being used within the networking system.  They support the OTC mission by:

  • Required experience in deploying IT hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors and printers; configuring IT hardware to resolve problems and installing/configuring operating system images and specialty software on customer devices.
  • Acting as the primary customer support point of contact for software and hardware problem resolution, providing telephone support and responding to user’s email and web requests
  • Troubleshooting user’s problems, determining probable source of malfunctions
  • Accurately entering user data and problem descriptions into online system, resolving problems via remote control software, or verbal instruction, or routing problems to next level support
  • Coordinating problem resolution with users and other support staff as necessary, following up to ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution
  • Completing software installations as required via Change Order taskings
  • Configuring government issued iPhones, as required, via Change Order taskings, and providing government issued iPhone support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with customers and requirements analysts to understand and gather application requirements.
  • Design and develop Cloud-Native Applications in Microsoft Azure that are optimized for cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native technologies such as serverless computing, and containerization.
  • Create scalable and maintainable code, including but not limited to C#, Python, Java and JavaScript.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Expert-level experience developing applications and services that run on cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and development tools in Azure to integrate cloud services into applications, such as storage, databases, compute, and networking services.

POSITION TITLE: Computer Network Defense (CND) Analyst

LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio

SECURITY CLEARANCE (REQUIRED): DOD Top Secret Clearance w/SCI eligibility

TYPE OF POSITION:  Full-Time On-Site Position. No remote work or telework

DESCRIPTION:

Performs actions to protect, monitor, detect, analyze and respond to unauthorized activity within assigned information systems and computer networks. Employs Cybersecurity capabilities and deliberate actions to respond to a CND alert or emerging situational awareness/threat. Serves as an expert on CND requirements and compliance to such requirements by using IA tools and techniques to perform compliance analysis and correlation, tracking and remediation, coordination and escalating CND non-compliance. Provides technical analysis and sustainment support for the enterprise for IA tools and applications and assists with the application of Defense-In-Depth signatures and perimeter defense controls to diminish network threats.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience or related formal education
  • Two (2) years of experience performing root cause analysis of cybersecurity events and incidents
  • Two (2) years of experience analyzing network traffic and/or system logs

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Must possess a current DOD Top Secret Clearance and be eligible for SCI access
  • DOD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II (acceptable certifications are: CompTIA Sec+ CE, CompTIA CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
  • DOD Approved 8570/8140 CSSP Certification: CSSP-IR (acceptable certifications are: CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA PenTest+, CEH, CFR, GCFA, GCIH and SCYBER)
  • Must possess written and verbal skills to appropriately document and brief Cybersecurity Incidents
  • Working knowledge of at least two cybersecurity areas:
  • Firewall
  • IDS/IPS
  • Host based antivirus
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Forensics
  • Malware Analysis
  • Device Hardening
  • Understanding of Defense-in-Depth
  • Ability to build and read scripts in languages such as Perl, Bash, Powershell, Ruby, Python

SALARY (Based on level of experience and expertise): $85K – $110K
