Caelum Research Corporation is seeking a Computer Network Defense Analyst with sophisticated skills in responding to unauthorized actions in computer networks. The Computer Network Defense Analyst will work to secure information systems from CND threats and work as an expert on CND requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- TOP SECRET security clearance
- Must be eligible for IT-I
- Must hold a CNDSP/CSSP-IR certification from a nationally recognized technical authority meeting DoD 8570.01 CSSP-IR
- Experience in security posture for classified and unclassified information systems and experience working within a SIEM
- 5+ years’ experience with Information Technology and Cybersecurity work or related work
- Experience in DLA CE Cert IA Role/Function (Incident Response), analyzing network traffic, and analyzing logs from multiple sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to easily work with non-technical staff
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity work or related work
- 5+ years’ experience with a classified information system
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work to protect the facility against any unauthorized activity in information systems or computer networks to uphold the cyberhealth in conjunction with other cybersecurity experts on site
- Offer expert recommendations to technical and non-technical staff on CND requirements and compliance
- Provide technical analysis using IA tools and applications and other applicable resources to limit cybersecurity threats to the facility network
- Respond promptly to alerts and provide reliable solutions to threats
- Produce written reports on findings and work for technical and non-technical staff
